UXUI Designer - T3B

We are looking for an experienced UXUI Designer to join our team at Onetree. In this role, you will apply your solid UX/UI design experience to lead the design process from problem definition through to implementation, working in close collaboration with our development teams in an agile environment.

Location: On-site in Polanco, Mexico City (CDMX).

What you will do (Responsibilities):

End-to-End Design: Design user-centered solutions that balance user impact, technical feasibility, and business goals.

Prototyping & UI: Create and maintain wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.

Visual Excellence: Design accessible and consistent interfaces, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation alongside developers.

Research & Discovery: Participate in and facilitate discovery processes, including business research, user interviews, and workshops.

Validation: Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover needs, validate hypotheses, and conduct usability testing to iterate on user feedback.

Design Systems: Design, document, and actively maintain scalable and reusable design systems.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly across product, development, and other key business teams.

What you need to bring (Requirements):

Location: Availability to work on-site from our offices in Polanco, CDMX.

- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience designing digital products.

- Tooling: Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and similar platforms.

- Core Skills: Strong visual design skills, deep user empathy, and a systems-thinking mindset.

- UX Research: Hands-on experience conducting user research and validation processes.

- Soft Skills: A high degree of autonomy, proactiveness, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to share knowledge.

- Language: A good level of English (written and spoken).

Bonus Points (Nice to have):

*Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and TailwindCSS to enhance collaboration with the front-end team.

*Curiosity or hands-on experience applying AI to design workflows or product development.
